This is an opinion, but I very much like Zune. The interface is great, has more pizazz, and some nice features. Mixview lets you easily see related albums, songs, or what other users are listening to related to what you're listening to. It's easy to navigate around exploring same type of artists, songs, or users. Which reminds me, the Zune "Social" is also alot of fun! It lets you find others with same interests and becoming friends with them. You can listen to a playlist created based on what your friends are listening to, which is very cool!. Anyone concerned with privacy issues will be relieved to know that you can stop the anyone from seeing your personal listening habits.
